I THINK, but not sure....that when i eat a meal my heart raises a bit. But what i do find, before i go to bed....the more honey i eat the higher the heart rate. usually heart rate ranges from 60-70. i keep eating tablespoons of honey before bed, around 5-6 table spoons. this is in addition to my prebad snack - potatos, gelatin and cheese with salt.

But I find that the additions of honey keeps increasing my heart rate.

so question is, is this a safe way to bring the heart rate up to optimal levels like 85bpm? or is it not a good way? Is it suppose to be a slow process where ur heart rate gradually goes up?

This, I think. Increased metabolism should raise it slowly. Rapid increase more likely stress hormones?
I think Peat's suggestion is to keep eating sugar (along with minerals etc) till it doesn't taste good.
