From my own experience, drugs like clemastine and famotidine only delays the effects of ingested tryptophan and doesn't block it. Same thing with BCAA and gelatin. Is there anything out there that can prevent the absorption? Thanks in advance.

e: does BCAA reduce the amount of serotonin in the brain? What about famotidine? It feels like famotidine doesn't reduce the serotonin in the brain for me, just delays it.
