Roughly 50-60g a day for the last month or so, I’ve eaten 150g+ a day for years. Nothing has had a bigger impact on raising my temps, including taking thyroid.what results were you having when training with weights then? what body fat are you, whats your muscle mass? how much protein are you eating now?
