Downsides Of Very High Carbs, Low Fat?

Are there any downsides of having your body turn your carbohydrates into saturated fat by consuming large amounts of carbohydrates and having your dietary fat intake a bit lower?

It's good to have all macronutrients in your meal for optimal digestion but there is no danger in going pretty low fat.
