This whole dopamine thing...I'd like to know more.
I haven't been focused on it.
But it seems like I remember Peat being
not really pre-disposed toward Everything Dopamine.

I'm open to dopamine.

I'm not sure what's bad about dopamine. It counters cortisol, adrenaline, prolactin and serotonin, all bad things. It promotes il-10 to prevent overstimulation of the immune system. It also counters growth hormone. Considering caffeine is a dopamine agonist, I don't think Peat is scared of "too much dopamine".

Yeah, I don't know much about this area, I admit.
Just seems like to me I stopped looking at dopamine promotion
as a target
after reading/listening to Peat for a few years.
And I can't recall exactly what he said that made me discard it as a general goal.

I agree, the list of things it opposes--they are all, generally, bad guys in PeatWorld.
But I don't remember Peat being clearly Dopamine Promotion, as a dietary/nutrition goal.
I'm open to dopamine!
