Anyone have an thoughts or experience with dolomite powder? Is it safe?

At a glance is looks like the worlds most perfect (and natural) Cal / Mag supplement.

All I know is this used to be popular back in the Adele Davis days of nutrition.

The KAL brand looks pretty good.
