Dog having seizures

Alright, this is my first serious post, our pet dog has had seizures since she was a puppy and it's always sucked to watch her go through them and just recently she became nearly fully paralyzed but she's better now. Would something that treats seizures in humans work for a dog or are dogs too different?

Thanks, I'll definitely take a look at that! Now I wonder where to find a good dog food brand, with low pufa or wheat?
