but most of us will be eating ice cream, shellfish, gelatin, potatoes etc
Delicious and nutritious. Shellfish and potatoes as the main course, then gelatin and ice cream for dessert.
Anecdotally, taurine has become indispensable for me post-workout to prevent cramping. I need 1.5-2.0 grams to do the trick.
