Does water retention from progesterone imply anti-androgenic effects?

I'm assuming your test dropped. Or were you taking exogenous t before?

My test was still top third before I hoped on exogenous testosterone.

I take exogenous testosterone for 3 reasons :

1) to boost estrogens
2) to boost DHT
3) because high testosterone levels still don't do the job at the receptor level nowadays, you need VERY high testosterone to do the job.

I got horrible water retention from progesterone. I kept upping my dose thinking I just needed more.

Does it increase the need for calcium, magnesium, etc? Would it go better with milk? How did it affect diet and nutrient labs? Any recession?

I do drink milk.
I think exogenous testosterone increases the need for nutrients to the extent that it increases metabolism, that is marginally.
