the vitamins have barely been studied. vitamin K supposedly has anti insulin resistance effects. but supplements seem to cause hair loss or recession. its involved with calcium and vitamin d. more yellow colored milks with fat have more vitamin k2. vitamin D and E deplete it. supplements can possibly deplete glutathione.Anyone know if vitamin k plays an important role in metabolizing glucose into co2 instead of lactate? Also, does eating lots of plain white sugar deplete vitamin k like it does other nutrients?
