Does shrimp and other seafood have dopaminergic amino profile?

Shrimp has a lot of taurine, BCAA, glycine, phenylalanine, and only little tryptophan. Wouldnt this make it the ideal protein source? And if eaten whole, you should also get calcium (like from eggshell) and thyroid, yes?
