I'm new to the forum, hi!

Been doing red light for a while using an LED bulb and wondering if that creates Vitamin D. I have been trying to Google / research it and didn't get any decent results.

TIA!

Right. Then how do people know if they are getting enough D?

And what's the best time of day to do red light and for how long?

Spend 15-30 minutes a day in peak Uvb radiation with as much body surface area exposed as possible without sunscreen. Reading from different sources the human body can make up to 20000 iu-s per day and it makes it pretty quickly. Younger people will make more than older folks. summertime Eastern Europe it means anywhere from 10am till 4-5 pm. Southern climates will have stronger Uvb during a larger time period during the year. Best way to get sun in my experience to move around shirtless doing something or playing, ideally on the beach :sunglasses:Moving around helps to move the lymph I believe, less chance of sunburns and is more fun.
