Does Peat Ever Talk About Ancestry?

I wonder if Peat thinks it matters at all, what one's ancestors ate? It seems to me like it would affect the DNA that was passed on to you. Your ancestors may have developed ways of handling certain foods and it is passed to you? So if you're European you may do better with a certain diet or foods then someone who is Asian?
