Does Mixing Water Soluble Ingredients With Oil Work?

Is it possible to mix water soluble ingredients with oils, for instance diy solban mixed with castoroil/ethanol, maybe coconut oil too?

No that wouldn't work. Both those oils would clog the sprayer, and you'd only be spraying one at a time (oil or water/ethanol) depending on how the sprayer is oriented.
