i can't find a answer on this on this forum or on google.

I know that certain bacteria produce GABA, which means fermented foods, such as yogurt, kefir and tempeh.
But cows milk is not a fermented food source.

What i want to know is if milk or calcium raise gaba somehow.

Not specifically. But if the calcium to phosphate ratio is 1.5/1 or better 2/1 it will raise gaba and improve mental calmness.

Calcium is a fundamental column for thyroid... And thyroid is the same for the anti-excitatory enzymatic conversions of a proper hormonal environment, yes.

Milk is a superfood nutruent-wise (well if it's real milk from grass-fed Cows... ) although it will result in fat gain if it's not carefully measured or Skimmed, and excess bodyfat is a killer for Thyroid function so everything within context.
