Does Lithium Orotate Dissolve In Water Like Aspirin?

If I open a capsule of lithium orotate and mix it in water, does the lithium mix into the water like aspirin? Or is it in the powder that settles down?

I'm guessing that powder is cellulose (as that's the other ingredient in my capsules). According to Mineral Activity and Solubility in Water | Nutraceuticals Group Europe it is soluble in water.

The lithium should break down into Li+, which is water soluble.

But the binders/cellulose in the tablet may prevent full solubility.

Just get the liquid or ionic lithium
