does ground beef/lamb need gelatin?

    Since the advice is to add gelatin to muscle meat, i was wondering if this is also the case for groun beef or ground lamb? Or is it simply enough when its prepared in coconut oil?

    Ground beef is usually made from muscle meat, so yes.
