Ray does say that oxidized cholesterol is bad. My question is how can you eat any food high in cholesterol without cooking it and therefore oxodizing at least some of the cholesterol.

If you want in depth answers about this, read Anthony Colpo's "The Great Cholesterol Con." It's about as in depth as you can be, going over epidemiological dietary studies, RCTs, drug trials, the history, pretty much everything you can think of.
