Does anyone know what these toe nodules are?

I've had these thickened toe nodules to varying degrees over the past decade. At its worst, it was on every single toe.
I haven't been able to Google what these are called.

Sorry for the picture of my gross foot with aggressive tan lines!

My first guess would be warts, or possibly even some sort of calcification. Do they hurt or itch?

You might have hammer toes.

Hammer toes can generally be helped by wearing roomier shoes. Also, stop wearing slippers (and from your photo, scandals).

Calcification seems most likely to me.

They don't hurt at all; just thickened skin that is tempting to pick at.

Hmm aside from my pinkie toe, the rest of them are relatively straight and not "claw like".

I wear Earthrunners to mimic the barefoot experience, anything wrong with that?

It is difficult to identify what is going on from your photograph. It looks like you might have callouses on the knuckles of your toes. Do you wear Earthrunners 12 months of the year?

You have a healthy looking foot. Congratulations on taking care of them and wearing barefoot style footwear. These indeed do look like calluses of sorts, but it's hard to tell from one photo.
