I get high levels of serotonin easily ever since multiple serotonin toxicity from weeks/months ago. I have read that tea helps to reduce serotonin. Caffeine makes me nervous in general and I have never been a drinker of coffee/tea. In the past, the only thing I could tolerate was matcha green tea (although since I'm so sensitive now, I don't know what it's gonna do) so that would be my only option to try. I was wondering if anybody knows if matcha green tea helps to reduce serotonin levels?
