Does anyone know if glycine supplement raise hemoglobin?

Hi guys,

I currently have quite high haemoglobin and HCT. I went to a specialist who say to monitor it, but I have been pretty high all my life and nothing big to worry about.

I would like to take supplement glycine as it help with my PFS cognitive symptoms, but after reading few paper I can't find anything on the effect of glycine on Hemoglobin?

I wanted to know if some of you have some information regarding that.

I don't think there would be any direct effect from. glycine on hemoglobin
