Does anyone know if cbd oil alters the gaba receptors making benzodiazepines less effective? I notice that my benzos work less strong and I get anxiety at higher doses of benzodiazepines ever since I took 10 drops of cbd oil of the lowest percentage available.

And what could be done about it?

No it does not. I take Baclofen which is a GABA agonist for spasticity and I also took the strongest full spectrum lab tested CBD on the market with 3mg of THC per dose and no impact. That does not mean CBD is not affecting your body or brain in some other way. I was taking an insanely high dose as well far more than 10 drops.

Benzo's are a double edge sword and you do develop a tolerance to them and have to keep increasing the dose. They are terrible addictive and hard to come off with long term use with lots of rebounding and other issues!

Now just because it did not affect me does not mean it might not affect you so just stop the CBD.

Also it should go with out saying that if you think it is affecting you it will!

Get your blood sugar tested. Especially when having a panic attack.

Look into continuous breathing it helped me a lot!
