Does Anyone Know If BCAA Works At Reducing Serotonin Levels When It's Already High?

Or does it act like a preventive measure to prevent tryptophan from turning into serotonin? Can I take BCAA to reduce my already high serotonin levels?

Also, does it have any negative effects on the heart? My high serotonin levels gives me heart problems and I experience persistent mild heart pain. Is it a safe supplement for me?

Thanks

BCAA’s compete with tryptophan for transport into the brain. So the higher the ratio of BCAA’s to typtophan, the less serotonin should be produced. BCAA’s also compete with tyrosine so they may also deplete dopamine.
