Well thats good to know. Def will double check with doc but i think i am safe.Seems reasonable. Dr Peat has said 50 to 100mg once or twice a day is safe. If I recall correctly.
Niacin.Niacin or niacinamide?
Niacin may cause insulin resistance.
Cyproheptadine usually increase hunger (sometimes too much).Niacin.
Hell if insulin resistance means i will be more hungry then thats good, cause i cant seem to eat more than 1500 calories a day
