I like oyster and liver for cooper but every now and then I’ll have some peanut butter, although rareI was thinking of eating some cashews for copper, don’t know if dry or roasted

None, copper has lower RDI, it's easier to meet requirements for copper than zinc, so I really need to find better zinc sources.what copper sources did you end up with ?
Right!None, copper has lower RDI, it's easier to meet requirements for copper than zinc, so I really need to find better zinc sources.
I wouldn't advise on supplementing zinc. Seriously, it's not hard hitting a zinc RDAJust supplement the zinc. Unlike copper (Copper(III)-Copper(I) difference), it doesn't matter whether it's synthetic or not.

Honestly I don't know. I heard somewhere that it's toxic because it gets absorbed so quickly that the body cannot convert it to the proper form. But you must research it yourself.so copper from natural sources are the only good copper?
Cacao and potatoes.good copper sources besides liver and oysters?
The problem with supplementing zinc is most of them have way too high doses, if you can't get enough through diet for whatever reason, a normal dose supplement is fine of course.Yeah, Just tell them to him then.
