Do these macronutrient ratios make sense?

I was thinking of using human breastmilk as a macronutrient ratio guideline with added protein to maintain a slightly positive nitrogen balance.

Breastmilk is approximately 55% fat, 38% glucose and 7% protein.

I was thinking of having about 46% fat, 40% glucose and 14% protein. If I were to eat 2,500 calories in a daily maintenance diet, it would provide me with 262g of glucose. Given that we burn fat at about 85% during rest, I should be in a net positive situation in regards to glucose metabolism.

Is this a good bedrock to build my diet off of?
