is there a change in things like depression, mood, and thinking ?

I don't want to talk to the wind again but yes, and I strongly suggest that you go out and test that for yourself. Also no potatoes is good.

There can be if you're sensitive. Plenty of studies show changes in brain blood-flow after eating wheat in celiacs and those who are sensitive. I'm personally one of those who should not eat wheat.

I meant to suggest to investigate the effects of all starches. You're so limiting :(
