Do Ab Exercises Release/promote Endotoxin?

Does moving your abdominals through intense exercise (sit-ups or otherwise) cause permeability in the intestine? What about the obliques (sides of abdominals) ?

I've definitely overdone abdominal exercises in the past (to the point where it was sore from muscle breakdown/hypertrophy). I'm wondering if I may have gone too hard in the gym and let some endotoxin in. I had an abdominal focused week this week and have strangely had a mild stomach ache (I never get stomach aches.)

Sometimes in the past, I would feel hypoglycemic and very shaky + low-blood pressure after doing these ab-exercises, leading me to believe I overstressed myself (could have just been excess cortisol though.)

Any intense exercise will increase intestinal barrier permeability. But in the long term it should increase protection from endotoxin. The body really doesn't need to be overstressed to benefit from exercise. I'd say just take it a little easier.
