DMSO & Testosterone

I recently found out about DMSO's ability to increase transdermal absorption and it prompted a question of possibility.

Aside from the risk of impurities and other non-active ingredients being absorbed, what would be the risks of using DMSO in combination with let's say, pine pollen tincture, applied directly to the testis?

I'm curious to know whether certain supplements (specifically testosterone boosting supplements) may be more effective if applied to the testis to be absorbed along with DMSO.

Another example could be combining borax with DMSO and painting the scrotum. Surely that would have much greater efficacy for testosterone than simply taking boron orally, right?
