A friend had 5 meters of his intestine removd due to diverticulitis. I am wondering what diet precautions should be taken. Perhaps cut all starch? perhaps no meat and a lot gelatin? perhaps no gelatin as could lead to digestion issues? perhaps digestive enzymes could be helpful?
current symptoms

irritability back pain although maybe unrelatd
