Google defines Digoxin as "a poisonous compound present in the foxglove and other plants. It is a steroid glycoside and is used in small doses as a cardiac stimulant."
In Ray's article 'Heart and Hormones' he mentions that "Digoxin stimulates mitochondrial energy production in skeletal and heart muscle (Tsyganil, et al., 1982), increasing the oxidation of glucose, rather than fatty acids, supporting the effect of thyroid hormone."
Has anybody experimented with this substance?
If so, at what dose, what were the outcomes?
Do you have anymore information about this substance that would be useful to know?
