Difficulty breathing and chest tightness after vomiting/diarrhea

Yesterday I was sick from food posining causing me to vomit and then diarrhea all day now today my breathing is messed up and my heart rate is high and I feel weakness all over what could this be from

Theanine, Taurine and digestive enzymes are helping me deal with breathing issues from antibiotics (and presumably high serotonin).
