I have noticed that foods have different levels of satiety.

Example for protein sources:
360 kcal from eggs is very filling
360 kcal from meat saturate strongly
360 kcal from Fage greek yoghurt do not satiate at all

The nutrient composition (fat, carbs) is similar. The other foods in the meal are also the same (fruit)

How about you? Can you confirm that? Why doesn't fage greek yogurt fill me up?
Thanks

I also find yogourt not very filling. Maybe because its predigested by bacteria...

thanks...

its strange because I find that cottage cheese is very filling.
Cottage Cheese and greek yoghurt might be a different product but they have more or less same nutrients, texture etc.

I also can't eat 360 kcal of eggs at once, while I can eat 400+ kcal from yoghurt or ice cream. What variety of the Fage yoghurt are you eating? 0%, 2% or 5% of fat?

I’d say the satiety is ranked in the same order as their tastiness. Is the food satiating, or do you just not want any more because it tastes like ****?
