Differences in Epsom Salt

Can anyone discuss differences between epsom salt?

For example, at Salt Works they offer different grains of epsom salt....

Also, in everyone's experience are there specific doses people recommend?

I don't know anything about what grades you have available where you are.
Where I am, for oral use I would only use the food grade stuff, which I can find in half kilo bags in the supermarket.
For bathing, I have bought agricultural magnesium sulphate, which comes in 20kg bags. It is not guaranteed to be as pure, and I don't know if there is an risk with it because of that. I couldn't afford to use the higher grade Mg sulphate in relevant quantities for bathing. Have only used it a few times, because I had to give up having baths.
