Did You Ask For Gelatin? Chicken Feet

Well, I toke some chicken feet (cheap as f) and boiled them for a about 5 minutes, threw that water away (some fat seems to be trowels away), then boiled them for about half an hour. Let it cool, you will see the gelatin. You can now make some soup with that.

Then I asked: what am I gonna do with the feet? Cut fingers, added salt, tumeric and olive oil. Damn things are tasty and seem to be pretty fat free and full of gelatin.

In the other hand: might be shocking to see for a mean western person
