Did The Color Of Your Stool Change?

Hello everyone
Question to those strictly following Ray Peat's guidelines(fat-free/low fat, or perhaps moderate fat consumption): Has the color of your stool lightened in color? My diet is fat-free, the protein comes from milk(aside from a daily oyster and some liver), and carbs from sugar and lactose. I recently upped sodium, so I may have to wait longer to see if the lighter stool was from low stomach acid.

well, I guess it's related to the topic...
anyone recognizes stool color changes when taking vit A or taurine or drinking redbull?
i feel like when i don't consume much of the above it's darker and vice versa.

When I made this thread with that specific diet, my stools were light colored and fluffy. Sodium helped(mostly with stomach sounds), but it wasn't the cure. What helped bring back stools to a healthy color was cholesterol(ate some eggs); fructose wasn't enough to bring up cholesterol.

mine are more like the well formed pellets. I'm not doing really low fat. But they are different. And I never soil underwear or the toilet bowl or the toilet paper anymore.
