Di Calcium phosphate and your favourite calcium sources

So far I have tried A1 milk, whey, goat, sheep and buffalo milk, mineral water, sardines with bones, bone meal, calcium carbonate (eggshell, coral and regular) and citrate. None of those have worked for me as they worsened digestion and make me gain water weight or have other side effects. Next are leafy greens which have a bunch of defense chemicals

Which is why I am looking for a supplement. Has anyone tried dicalcium phosphate or knows important facts about it? Additional calcium sources are appreciated, supplement or food. Thanks for your knowledge in advance!

figs are good but high in nickel. They don’t mess with digestion but that’s why I exclude them. Also they don’t have very much calcium

Should I try calcium acetate first?
