Dhea With Vitamin E Vs Dhea With Dim

So i remember taking dhea a few years ago and felt and looked great i quit dhea because i felt my estrogen was getting high but ive heard guys say they just add dim with it and it stops the estro side effects but i know vitamin E is a potent A.I so should i go with E opposed to dim?

Use vitamin E. Dim is estrogenic.You can also use aspirin too.
