T is both a cortisol antagonist and AR agonist. Progesterone is an even more potent GR antagonist than T but less of a AR agonist. DHEA somehow amplifies P4 effects when it comes to muscle growth, which is not surprising since DHEA is also a cortisol antagonist and inhibits cortisol synthesis too.
