Detumescence Therapy

Hello,does anyone know or has a video,of someone doing detumescence therapy,i will be grateful if someone teaches me how to do it,on skype,or has information on how it is done.

I don't think anyone here has tried it consistently. It does work though. I've read of methods where you basically kneed the entire scalp so it becomes looser from the skull. I've also read where a guy used a wooden brush aggressively on his scalp everyday and his hair grew back.

If you're going to commit to detumescence, then it's best to buzz your hair off. I plan on doing this soon because nothing seems to work for me in terms of regrowing hair.
