Day 2 of no starch

Yesterday I ate no starchy carbs, only fruit and fruit juice, same with this morning. I feel very different now, like something could go wrong and I wouldn't freak out but instead try to logically find a solution to whatever happened. Mind is clear, more motivation, less gas, less overall pain, more intuitive thinking, less rumination, more mental strength

So here was what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast - Ground beef with mangos
Lunch - Lamb liver with 2 peeled peaches
Dinner - Fresh beef meatballs with more peeled peaches, and salted orange juice

What I ate this morning so far:

Breakfast - Fresh meatballs with 2 peeled peaches and salted orange juice

I'm planning on buying papayas since it's another low fiber fruit, can't seem to find it around any supermarket at the moment. But life feels very different like this. I probably won't avoid starch forever but I'm gonna cut back on starch for sure

Definitely try tracking your intake with cronometer.

100% certainly that you undereat in terms of calories!

for me fruits in the morning with coffee and milk then from noon until i sleep i eat starch this is so perfect for me.
