Dark urine from Calcium Carbonate?

I've been taking 1500mg (separated into 3 doses) of Calcium carbonate per day. Is it possible that this is causing my dark urine/chronic dehydration?

Hi scoobydoo! I know your post is 6 months old, but did you get to the bottom of your dark urine. It sounds a lot to me like kidney stones. I have had stones in my kidneys, gall bladder and pancreas from calcium suppliments, and have since stayed away from them, with no further incidence for over 5 years now.

It never amounted to anything
But it’s very consistent with calcium supplementation it seems
Which is odd cause it’s kinda at the root of ray peat ideology

I did, but that gave me a histamine reaction upon my first try. I still have it in the cabinet.
