Haven't eaten liver in 2 months

It's OK. The requirements for liver increase with vitamin D/sunshine exposure and thyroid function.
Experiment and see how it makes you feel.

@mrchibbs I was thinking on how long would the Vit. A reserves last in the body and figured it might be time to eat it again.

I don't know. From what I understand, it depends on your thyroid function.
If it's high, and you're getting a lot of sunshine, and eating cholesterol, you're going to produce a lot of hormones and deplete your vit A reserves faster,
and skin symptoms like acne are thought to be an indication that you need more vitamin A.

The only way to know is to experiment, and Ray has said that it's hard to get the balance (A and D vitamins) right at first.
