Reddit users might have seen this one before. I'd like to see the full study and have a read, I would be interested in the other foods that the people ate. The study is in the form of a questionnaire so isn't the most scientific of all studies. The part that interested me was the Peat style leafy greens.

The increase in Mg helps eliminate the poofer in their tissues. Kale also has flavonoids kaempferol, quercetin, and isorhamnetin.

Also they are loaded with vitamin k,folate, and betaine(spinach), and for many the beta carotene is good vitamin A source.
