They sell it in china as well. Its a bit more expensive than adc though.

Being non-UK, Weldricks won't ship to me either

Are you talking about where it asks you for an RX? If so, just click the option that you'll fax or email it to them.
They will send it out even if you "forget" to send it.

After trying a handful of pharmacies I found cyproheptadine otc in Bangkok too. 100 pills at 2 mg each, around 10 usd. Tried visiting pimpomproducts also but had to give up after two hours of searching.
