Just received my cyproheptadine. Not finding dosing guidelines or where to apply on body...does it matter? If it matters, I want to use for food histamine reactions. Most of my food reactions are sudden exhaustion and/or brainfog/sleepy reactions, sudden drop in blood pressure, changes in breathing (heavy-ish), sometimes body anxiety. I get some itching but mostly not. Thanks!!
