I have become really sensitive to cold. It's because PSSD but cypro usage seems like increased it.

maybe because your adrenaline is lowered with less histamine. Adrenaline def warms the body or cortisol. sounds like you dont need antihistamines or at least take a lesser dosage.

Just add t3 with aspirin

1 mg is too much for those with low metabolism. I take 0.3 mg or less if I can cut the tablet right. That's enough to lower my allergies. You need to work on eating more yang foods, meats, cooked root veggies, cheese. People with slow metabolism are too yin they cannot handle lots of fruit and juice. Eat things that warm your toes.
