Crystalline Fructose for raising cholesterol

Wonddring if anyone has experience or conjecture on what volume of crystalline fructose is needed to raise cholesterol? My gf's tc was 140, she tried t3 bht has had much myalgia and weakness, along with headache. My understanding is that it can take some time to raise cholesterol?
