=============================

I will be doing blood tests to see if this didn't mess me up too much.

If this stack goes well and bloods are good, I will be megadosing on K2 and D3.

STACK GOAL:
- Gain bone volume from K2 and D3
- More muscle
- Better skin
- Ideally height gains from Glucosamine and K2

=============================
I will be updating this thread each month and reporting on any progression.

Please critique and tell me if I have something here that could be potentially dangerous.

I hear K2 in high doses has blood clot risk.

Im all for supps if you need it. That said, can you detail your diet out too. I would love to see the foods and intake timing along with the supplement application

What does ED mean?
Do you ingest this as 5 capsules?
Or as 20 different substances?

Do you drink milk? Especially grass fed as I imagine the calcium + mk4 is a boon

How did you guys measure thickened bone density?

What tools did you use for measurement?

Anti-serotonin drugs are directly anabolic for bone (haidut mentioned that a few times)

Jumps have been shown to improve bone density even in older women (weight training didnt help nearly as much in the same study if i remember correctly)

androgens of course

50mg of calcium is not going to cut it btw
also theres probably tons of harmful fillers in those supplements

Too high zinc everyday. Would need more copper. In general I think its crazy to take this many supplements. Ive been there taking lots of supplements. Do blood tests correct deficincy, eat healthy and exercise and you’ll be good.

I need to grow BONE and improve skin, so I have to take more than average person to reach this goal. Bone won't grow unless you go hard.

I really don't know. I eat a proper diet for a hobbyist bodybuilder, so I get lots of stuff. What do you recommend for calcium? Which supplements at what dosages?

LOL. Do you have a SO? I wonder what any partner would say looking at your pill cabinet lol how do you keep track of all those supps.

Not enough. I'm lifting for a decade.

Muscle training for bone strength. - PubMed - NCBI

I would imagine that if you’ve been weightlifting for a decade and don’t have dense af bones then your training and diet have been off.

Do you incorporate explosive type training like Olympic lifts and plyometrics? That’s more conducive towards bone density than just resistance training hundo p

Yes, I have a girlfriend. I showed her my pill cabinet and she said I was "full of surprises". She knows I'm a bit "out there", so it's all good.

I have a calendar and google sheets file for my pills and also a special box where you divide them by times of day.

You don't understand. I need dense bones on my FACE. Weightlifting won't help with that.

You can't train cheekbones and jaw in gym.
