Anyone know of any CRH antagonists besides pregnenolone and cortisol?

Bromocriptine at low doses works and its probably safe

"It is also worth noting that activation of the dopamine receptors leads to blockage of the CRH signal and the entire cascade of stress including cortisol synthesis."

Dopaminergic Drugs Like Bromocriptine May Treat Alcoholilsm

Where have u read that cortisol antagonizes CRH? usually both cortisol and CRH secretion goes hand by hand.

Thanks. But shouldn't metergoline have this same effect too?

And here ''Glucocorticoids act to inhibit feedback of both the hypothalamus, decreasing corticotropin-releasing hormone [CRH], ''
